The Cimorelli sisters landed in Manila today and the hashtag #WelcomeToManilaCimorelli took the 7th spot on the Twitter Trends.

The Cimorelli, comprised of Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, Lauren, and Dani are sisters from California that made their start by posting song covers on YouTube and as of now, they have gained almost 3.5 million subscribers on the video-sharing site. Their most viewed cover is the song "What Makes You Beautiful" by the UK-based boy band One Direction. 


 
The Cimorelli sisters landed in Manila today and the hashtag #WelcomeToManilaCimorelli took the seventh spot on the Twitter Trends; they are in the country to perform at "CLICK PLAY: The Social Media Festival."

Avid fans of the girls waited for them at the airport to snap selfies.
 
 
"CLICK PLAY: The Social Media Festival" will be held on November 22 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. Other social media sensations will join Cimorelli on the event to perform, give interviews, and create exclusive content with their Filipino fans. Some of the online celebrities in attendance are comedian Ryan Higa a.k.a. NigaHiga (https://www.youtube.com/user/nigahiga), "Maze Runner" star Ki Hong Lee, and Singer-Songwriter David Choi.
