LOOK: Dating Kapamilya, ngayon certified Kapuso na!

Ysabel isn't too far off from the line of celebrity kids entering show business.

She is, after all, the daughter of Senator Lito Lapid and co-manager Michelle who is also a former singer and actress that performed in the now-defunct show That's Entertainment.

When asked if she was ever pressured to join the limelight at a young age, Ysabel shrugged the statement.

“Well I'm taking it po as a challenge but I'm not pressured po kasi 'yung family ko is very supportive of what I do.

“What I love about them is that even though I make mistakes, they teach me, they guide me, and they're very supportive and I think it's really good to have that foundation lalo na po dito sa industry.”

She also shared that it was her parents who pushed her to pursue her dreams of becoming a celebrity.

“I grew up watching their movies, their television shows, and dun po na-inspire po ako.

“Sa mommy ko po pinapanood ko po 'yung mga videos online from That's Entertainment or 'pag kumakanta siya. Sobrang I idolize my mom pag kumakanta.

“Tapos 'yung daddy ko po 'yung mga action films niya, mga barilan po niya.”

So, do we have a future action star in our midst?

Ysabel answers, “I mean, one day po, why not? Yeah of course! I really wanna try anything!

“And I feel na dito po sa GMA I wanna prove myself to them at kung gaano po ako ka-passionate sa pag-arte at sa craft po na ito.”
