GMA Afternoon Prime's musical series 'Born To Shine' continues to gain praise as its fictional P-pop girl group, YUMI, begins to emerge its own fandom.

With Jeni (Zephanie) as their leader, along with her co-members Megan (Olive May), Alfea (Naya Ambi), Nancy (Gaea Mischa), and Yuna (Mitzi Josh), the plot highlights the five members' formation, training, and branding—capturing the viewers' hearts, especially those who are really into P-pop.

“Bagay na bagay kay Jeni maging leader!” said Kapuso Stream viewer Sanguko.

“Been waiting for this moment for so long, and I'm beyond excited to see YUMI's journey from trainees to big sensations!” shared another Kapuso Stream viewer Jervin Balona.

The group made their grand debut during Episodes 39-40 this May, and launched their live performance of their single “This is Our Time!” in the Kapuso variety show All-Out Sundays. We can also recall that Zephanie and Naya Ambi are among the members of the Sunday noontime show's G.R.L.S. and Divas of the Queendom.

“Dapat gawin na nila totoo 'yung group!” said Kapuso Stream viewer Vice Valenzuela.

Aside from catching up with the full episodes of Born To Shine, fans can also watch YUMI's behind-the-scenes and online exclusive videos on the GMA Network YouTube channel and GMA Network Entertainment portal.
