Kapuso comedian Betong Sumaya promises to bring amazing Sunday nights to the viewers as GMA Network launches its newest singing talent competition for kids titled Centerstage.
During the Centerstage media conference on Thursday, February 6, Betong shared to the media his advice and insights for kids who are dreaming of achieving stardom in the future.
“Dire-diretso lang, wag bumitaw sa pangarap and always pray,” he added.
Hosted by Multimedia's star Alden Richards, Centerstage will gather young aspiring performers aged 7-12 from different parts of the Philippines to compete against each other through songs and by outracing opponents in a series of vocal performances until only one remains.
The search will be led by equally outstanding personalities in the entertainment industry here and abroad: Kapuso Diva and international singer-artist Aicelle Santos, renowned musical director Mel Villena, and Concert Queen Ms. Pops Fernandez.
Beginning February 16, Kapuso viewers are in for a unique watching experience as extremely talented kids sing and move forward in achieving their dreams in GMA Network's newest musical competition Centerstage.
Under the helm of Director Louie Ignacio, Centerstage begins on February 16, every Sunday at 7:40 p.m., on GMA.
