'Centerstage' opens its online auditions for kids seven to 12 years old!

GMA's newest singing competition for kids Centerstage just launched an online auditions for kids seven to 12 years old.

Due to 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, operations of the network's shows, including Centerstage, have been halted to give way to the government's efforts in curbing the spread of the virus.

But to continue its aim to provide entertaining and world-class performances despite the ongoing enhanced community quarantine, Centerstage started an online auditions for kids who want to be the next Bida Kid.

The show's mechanics target the parents with aspiring young performers.

Here are the mechanics on how to audition:

  1. Record your kid's audition video with the following:
    • A brief introduction including name, age and place of residence
    • One (1) audition song in a cappella (no instruments or accompaniment) and each song must not exceed two (2) minutes
  2. Send the vide to the official Facebook page of GMA Centerstage
