During the fifth week of 'Code Name: Yong Pal,' Christine uncovers her father's last message to her before he died and plots to take back the company that is rightfully hers.
As the successful Korean medical saga continues, a fleeing Chief Lee goes on a wild goose chase with President Go's men. As they run around the airport, Dr. Tyron sees Chief Lee and tries to run after him but loses him in the process. He then turns his back and sees Chief Lee wounded by the men who were tasked to kill him.
Dr. Tyron helps out Chief Lee and calls him an ambulance. Despite having told them to bring him to another hospital, they bring him to Hanshin. On the other hand, as Christine waits for Tyron to come back to the church, she receives a hand-written letter from him saying that he can't sacrifice his dream to become a doctor and asked her to forget him instead.
At the church, Christine meets the head nurse who took care of her father during his last days. The head nurse explains that Chairman Han apologized to Christine before he died. Christine is shocked to find out about this and bursts into tears.
Worried about Tyron, Christine decides to return to the hospital and protect him. She disguises herself as a patient with amnesia and reveals to Tyron that she has the ledger to fight off her brother Darren.
At the Han mansion, Cara reveals to Darren that she has never loved him even before they got married. Darren forces himself to Cara but she says she'd rather be killed off than give in to him.
As she visits her room at the hospital, Christine finds her father's video message for her. He reveals that Christine's ex-fiance Spencer and her brother Darren worked together to destroy her name and have her jailed. He also reveals that Darren ordered to kill her and Spencer.
Revelation after revelation, Christine asks Tyron to marry her so he can become her legal guardian and be able to fight off Darren. Without any hesitation, Tyron agrees to help her out and says he will do anything to be of service to her. Apart from that, Tyron admits he loves Christine that's why he is willing to do anything for her.
At the funeral, President Go gets a hunch that Christine is still alive because of the passport. He warns Darren about this but Darren does not believe President Go and believes Secretary Min instead.
As the police try to seize Yong Pal, they run into President Go's men who are trying to hurt Dr. Tyron. One of the guys hurt the police and as much as Yong Pal wants to flee he chooses to save the police's life.
With a new look, Christine enters the funeral with Cara. As she stands up from her wheelchair, she approaches the stage and reveals to everyone that she is alive. All the guests were shocked to find Christine standing in front of them while Darren acts like this is all Christine's plan.
As Darren was about to control Christine once again, Tyron arrives in time to save her and reveals to everyone that Darren is no longer Christine's legal guardian. Having been able to file their marriage license, Christine is now officially under the care of Tyron which means Darren has no hold on her.
As Christine becomes the official chairman of the Hanshin group, what new challenges will she face? And will her attempts of revenge cause a rift between her and Tyron?
