Try this corned beef dish with a new twist.


Ingredients:

1 Can CDO Karne Norte 100g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)
½ cup sayote (diced)
¼ cup bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup beef stock or water
¼ cup corn kernels
½ cup talbos ng sili
Patis to taste

Procedure:

1. Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes, and CDO Karne Norte.
2. Add in sayote and bell pepper.
3. Add in beef stock. Let it simmer until the sayote is cooked.
4. Mix in corn kernels and talbos ng sili. Season with patis. Mix well.
5. Serve with rice.
