Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte Chunky 175g
3 pcs garlic (minced)
1 pc red onion (sliced)
4 tbsps vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 bunch sitaw (cut into 3-inch sticks)
1 block tofu (diced)
1 tbsp oil
Salt 
Pepper
Garlic chips

Procedure:

1. Fry tofu then set aside
2. Sauté onion and garlic. Add in vinegar, cook for two minutes.
3. Pour soy sauce and add water. Bring to simmer.
4. Add CDO Karne Norte Chunky and sitaw. Cook for three minutes.
5. Toss in tofu
6. Sprinkle garlic chips and serve.
