
Ang nakasanayang Pechay Guisado, may isasarap pa!

Ingredients:
1 can CDO Karne Norte 150g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pc onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup tomatoes (diced)
1 cup pechay (cut into 1/2 inch)
2 pcs eggs (beaten)
Patis to taste
Procedure:
1. Saute onions, garlic, tomatoes, and CDO Karne Norte.
2. Add pechay and cook by stirring regularly for about 2 to 4 minutes or until tender yet crisp. Season with patis.
3. Stir in eggs until cooked.
