'Descendants of the Sun Ph' actor Prince Clemente asks the public to maintain an active lifestyle: "Dapat n'yo lang laging alalahanin is kung meron tayong time manood ng maraming series or mga movies, I'm sure na kayang-kaya n'yo magsingit ng kahit isang oras sa time n'yo kada araw para mag-workout."

Last July 30, Prince Clemente took over Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation)'s online show, 'DOTS How You Do It,' to share his workout routine during this community quarantine.

An ectomorph, a body type with thinner bones and less muscle mass, the Kapuso star focuses on muscle building and weight training.

In the livestream, Prince did exercises targeting the chest (push-up), shoulder (dumbbell shoulder raise), biceps (dumbbell bicep curl), upper back (pull-up), and abs (leg raise).

The 23-year-old actor chose working out as his topic for the online show to remind the public to allot at least one hour of their time to get moving everyday even at home.

"Dapat n'yo lang laging alalahanin is kung meron tayong time manood ng maraming series or mga movies, I'm sure na kayang-kaya n'yo magsingit ng kahit isang oras sa time n'yo kada araw para mag-workout," he said.

"Every after workout, siyempre, give time to yourself para huminga at magpahinga, mga 30 seconds o mga 1 minute, 'di ba?"

In his recent Zoom interview with GMANetwork, Prince shared that he has trained himself to maintain an active lifestyle because he is susceptible to weight loss because of his body type which cannot easily store fat or build muscle.

Prince started his showbiz career when he joined StarStruck Season 6 where he was a part of the 'Believe 14.'

He was previously a member of the Kapuso boy group, One Up.

Prince currently portrays SSg Randy Katipunan or Piccolo in the Pinoy version of hit K-drama series, Descendants of the Sun.
