Jasmine Curtis-Smith is all praises to her Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation)'s co-star, Rocco Nacino.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com recently, she expressed how proud she is of what the actor has achieved outside of his showbiz career.

Last October 26, Rocco graduated from his Basic Civilian's Military Training under the Philippine Navy to become a full-fledged navy reservist.

Jasmine said, "First time for us to be partnered together and it's been fun kasi he's so professional, he's really good, he's very serious sa pag-te-trainig n'ya to a point he even joined the Navy.

"It's something we can really be proud of pagdating sa co-actor mo."

According to the Kapuso actress, it is inspiring to follow the footsteps of Rocco and that is to be of service to the countrymen.

"Nakikita mong nando'n 'yung puso hindi lang para sa trabaho, pero para sa bansa n'ya. And it's inspiring to many of us, and I wish I can do the same," she said.

Jasmine then added, "But I know, physically, malayo pa ko by physical strength ni Rocco. Kailangan kong mapantayan 'yon before I even start to try something so serious.

"I also have to make sure na my head is dedicated in the game and in the zone to join something that big of a commitment.

"So kudos to him. Sobrang proud ako sa kanya."
