Aired last night, February 10, the episode became top trending on Twitter nationwide and second trending topic worldwide.

The first episode opened with Cpt Lucas (Dingdong Dantes) hunting down a group of local terrorists responsible for his family's pain after his father, LtGen Abraham AFP (Roi Vinzon), was held captive by these enemies.

One year after, Lucas met Dr. Maxine (Jennylyn Mercado) in a supermarket after the latter grabbed his pen to perform an emergency tracheotomy to save a man's life.

Their first encounter didn't go quite well for Maxine but Lucas was instantly attracted to her.

Until one fateful day, Lucas and his comrade, TSg Diego Ramos (Rocco Nacino), are off-duty when they witnessed a young man, Marty (Paul Salas), steal a motorcycle. They apprehended him but the thief is injured during his capture and, therefore, sent to the hospital.

In the Emergency Room, Lucas and Maxine meet again.
