Feeling empty inside the APT Studios in Cainta, Rizal?
Long-time Eat Bulaga host Pia Guanio shared on Instagram a groufie photo with dabarkads Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, and Bae-by Baste, showing rows of empty seats inside their studio.
The award-winning noontime show decided earlier this week that they won't be accepting studio audience for the meantime to protect their staff and talents from the threats of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
This is also their way to support government efforts to combat the spread of the disease.

Onn her post, Pia is praying that things will go back to normal soon, so that they could have a live studio audience again on Eat Bulaga.
She said, “All by ourselves! In the interest of public safety. But still serving isang libo't isang tuwa live on tv everyday! Let us keep on praying for this virus to go away and we'll see you in the studio again soon, dabarkads!”
Meanwhile, in Ricky Lo's interview with Joey de Leon via his “Funfare” column, the veteran host admitted that they don't know how long the “no live audience” policy will be implemented.
Joey explained, “We were just told about it when we got to the studio yesterday morning,”
“A sign was placed at the entrance that we won't be accepting 'live' audience for the meantime, but we don't know how long it will last.”
