A must-try burger recipe!


 

 

Ingredients:

6 pieces CDO Ulam Burger
2 tbsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper (to taste)
oil (for frying)

 

For the sauce:

1 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp calamansi juice
1 pinch chili flakes
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Procedure:

1. Slice CDO Ulam Burger into bite-sized pieces then dust them with cornstarch.
2. Heat some oil in a pan.
3. Fry the burger cubes in batches, making sure all sides are lightly browned.
4. Drain them on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
5. For the sauce, heat the coconut milk in small saucepan.
6. Add peanut butter, stirring well.
7. Add other seasonings according to personal taste.
