Makeup artist Anne Soriano uses her skills to transform 19-year-old Jas Rai in 'Glow Up.'
It was a normal day for Anne Barbara Soriano, scrolling through Instagram, liking photos, until she chanced upon the social media page of GMA News TV's makeover show Glow Up.
Upon checking the feed, Anne became instantly inspired seeing how the show transformed regular girls into the better versions of themselves -- both confident and stylish.
The immediate thought that popped into her head was, "How can I help?" She is a makeup artist after all, who learned only from the best of the best in both New York and Canada.
So, she slid into the DMs.
Soon after, it was “lights, camera, action!” and she was introduced to Jas Rai -- a 19-year-old office assistant who wants to learn how to do a simple everyday makeup and love herself.
