Sunday mornings are about to get better this June as GTV brings The Unlisted starting June 16 on Philippine television.
The Australian sci-fi series from Nextflix will air every Sunday, 11:00 a.m., on GTV.
The Unlisted follows the story of twins Kal (Ved Rao) and Dru (Vrund Rao) and their high school peers who will try to defy the manipulation and deceit of their government through the Global Child Initiative Programme.
With their façade, the Global Child Initiative Programme will pretend to work with students for their dental check-ups. But instead of going after their oral health, this group will put implants on the children to incorporate out-of-this-world strength, speed, and intelligence, and list them under their devious plans.
Fortunately for Dru, he will escape the fake routine dental exam after his twin, Kal, takes his place, which makes him an “unlisted.”
Aside from Dru, there is another group of underground vigilantes who escaped the Global Child Initiative Programme and called themselves “The Unlisted.” Eventually, they will cross paths with the twins in hopes of taking down the corporation that is in cahoots with the government to manipulate Australian youth.
But the journey to this will not be easy. They will be humbled by obstacles and difficulties in resources.
Dru will also have to face his twin, Kal, who ended up with double the amount of power from the Global Child Initiative Programme implant after he took his place.
Will Kal favor the manipulators? Or will he still believe in the mission of his twin and other unlisted?
Catch it all on The Unlisted, coming June 16, 11:00 a.m. on GTV.
