Royce Cabrera steps into the spotlight in GMA Artist Center's 'In The Limelight.'
In his interview, Royce shared which of the biggest Kapuso stars he'd love to work with on a future project.
According to him, "Siguro sa lalaki si Sir Dennis Trillo kasi may ilang palabas na rin ako na napanood sa kanya and husay, husay talaga.
"Sa babae naman, siguro si Miss Sanya Lopez kasi parang nakaka-vibe ko siya na medyo magkakasundo kami sa trabaho [kaya] talagang gusto ko siya makatrabaho."
As for his dream role, Royce revealed that he wishes to portray the role of a "psycho" on screen which would really put his acting skills to the test.
Out of all the roles he's done so far, Royce's favorite is that of Ace Policarpio from the 2019 suspense-thriller Cinemalaya entry titled 'F#*@bois' by Eduardo Roy Jr.
"Kasi ang daming immersions, workshops, and mga research na ginawa namin, na ginawa ko para doon sa character ko para ma-justify talaga 'yung pagganap ko sa character na 'yon, kasi medyo maintriga nga 'yung character na 'yon tsaka 'yung pelikula na 'yon," he said.
In fact, this role earned him his first Best Actor nomination at the Gawad Urian 2020, competing against some of the biggest names in the industry such as Alden Richards, Raymond Bagatsing, Joel Lamangan, and many more.
