Join Camille Prats and other successful Pinoys as they reveal their secret on how to overcome life’s challenges in Knorr Nutri-Sarap Kitchen.

The show features “malusog na bukas” success stories of Filipinos who worked hard to achieve their dreams and became successful despite the challenges they experienced while growing up. Part of their success is attributed to eating simple and nutri-sarap meals prepared by their mothers.

Among the successful Filipinos featured are basketball star, Marc Pingris, who spent his childhood days helping his mom sell vegetables at the Pozorrubio public market in Pangasinan, comedienne and entrepreneur, Marietta “Pokwang” Subong, who came from a very large, poor family,  Doc Joeffrey ‘Otit’ Mambucon, the first from the Tigwahanon-Manobo Tribe who graduated with a double degree in Nursing and Medicine, and Teacher Fe Matullano Lustañas, a public school teacher turned philanthropist, who started the Education Under the Bridge program. Plus two moms from DSWD’s 4P’s program who were able to raise healthy children, who are also school achievers, despite their challenged socio-economic status.

Camille Prats-Yambao, who hosts the show, is also one of these inspiring Filipinos who grew up working hard for her family and eating healthy food prepared by her Mommy Alma Prats.

Knorr Nutri-Sarap Kitchen airs on GMA 7, every Sunday at 10:05 a.m., starting September 12, 2021.
