Another seafood recipe from Chef Boy.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams of maliputo (found only in Taal, Batangas)
300 grams of halaan
1 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
30 grams butter
5 grams finely chopped green parsley
1 teaspoon Japanese soy sauce
1 table spoon lemon juice
 


PROCEDURE:
1. Season with salt and pepper the maliputo, pan-grill until done and set aside.
 
2. Remove maliputo from pan. Put the clams in the same pan. Pour white wine and cover the pan until clams open. Add lemon juice, chopped parsley and lastly, put the butter.
 
3. Place grilled maliputo on a plate and top with clam sauce. Serve immediately.
