A different and fruity take on the trifle. Easy, too.
INGREDIENTS:
4 pcs lady fingers biscuits
500 grams fruit cocktail in can
 
For chocolate sauce:
1 cup milk
2 oz pure chocolate
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
 

PROCEDURE:
1. Break the lady fingers into two pieces so that they will fit into the four glass dishes. Alternate a layer of lady fingers with a layer of mixed fruit (with a bit of juice) in the dishes and briefly let the juice soak in.

2. For the chocolate sauce, set aside 3 tablespoons milk and heat the rest of the milk in the pan. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the milk.

3. Stir the remaining milk and cornstarch through the chocolate milk and bring to a boil. Add sugar to the chocolate sauce and let cool. Serve with the ladyfingers-fruit mixture.
