Isa na namang Pinoy recipe from Chef Boy.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams pork
2 tablespoons sampaloc powder
1 puso ng saging
1 bunch of sitaw, cut into 3-inches lengths
1 eggplant, sliced
1 white radish, sliced
2 siling pansigang
1 bunch of kangkong
1 onion, cut into cubes
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the water in soup pot. Add tomato, onion, sampaloc powder, patis, salt and pepper. Add pork, then white radish, eggplant, sitaw, kangkong and siling pansigang.
2. Place in a dish soup bowl and serve immediately.
