Luna (Heart Evangelista) was rushed to the hospital and nearly died. While her sister is fighting for her life, Celestina (Heart Evangelista) is suddenly hit by an intense pain that she realizes was her sister's. The latter consulted Alguas (Hero Angeles) and regrets her intention of killing her sister because of jealousy.
