Aired (July 3, 2003): The episode followed the life of former senator Juan Flavier (Ogie Alcasid), a country boy who decides to study medicine in order to aid his impoverished townmates who still follow shamans. The young doctor found it to be a challenging and upsetting experience as the people he wants to help laugh at him and his motives. But he eventually succeeded in winning the public's approval, and he began working for the government.
