Learn the basics of hydroponics from actress Teresa Loyzaga.

We often set New Year's resolutions or goals whenever we begin a year. Do you have yours already?

If you still don't have one, we suggest you try something new this 2020. Perhaps you want to start a new hobby? Why not try hydroponics?

Hydroponics is the process of growing plants without the use of soil. Plants are grown in water that has mineral nutrient solutions.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, actress Teresa Loyzaga taught host Iya Villania Arellano the basics of hydroponics.

In case you're interested to try hydroponics, here are the things you'll need:

1. Hydroponic fertilizer
2. Magnesium sulfate
3. Calcium nitrate
4. Master blend
5. Net pots
6. Rockwool cubes
7. Seeds
8. Paper cups
9. 5 gallons/19 liters of water
10. Calamansi
