The magical bird Balasik has prophesized that half-human, half-Mulawin Alwina is the Sugo or the chosen one who will unite the bird men and the human race. As Alwina follows her destiny, a young Mulawin named Aguiluz is entrusted to protect her from the Ravenas, a group of bird men that sees humans as destructive to the environment that will do whatever it takes to bring the Sugo down. Will Alwina be able to bring peace among her people?
