'Ok Ako' star Aidan Veneracion shares how he handles hate comments online

Sparkle heartthrob Aidan Veneracion is set to portray another memorable character in the special mini-series Ok Ako, a collaboration between media giant GMA Network and the National Council for Children's Television (NCCT).

Aidan, together with Saviour Ramos and Vanessa Peña, will lead the cast of Ok Ako's pilot episode titled "Sexuality, Identity, and Self-Love" airing this Sunday, September 8.

In a chance interview with Aidan before the start of Kapuso ArtisTambayan on Thursday, September 5, GMANetwork.com asked the promising actor how he handles hate comments online.

The Sparkle Teen was part of the successful primetime soap Royal Blood and is a mainstay in the GMA Prime series Pulang Araw.

He admitted to GMANetwork.com that he also gets affected whenever he receives nasty comments online.

Aidan also tries to read only constructive criticism that will help him improve as an actor and as a person.

Talking about his role as Joel in Ok Ako, Aidan recalled that he got scared when he read the script for the first time.

Aidan shared to GMANetwork.com.
