Lovi Poe, Benjamin Alves, and Winwyn Marquez turn emotional as they bid goodbye to their Owe My Love co-stars and fans.

The Owe My Love cast and crew went into a series of lock-in tapings, and this new normal set-up was instrumental not only in the success of the Kapuso rom-com series but also in developing beautiful relationships among the actors.

Lovi, Benjamin, and Winwyn admit they would always cherish the days they spent together on set, shooting scenes for Owe My Love as well as their bonding moments when the cameras weren't filming. And now that the series is about to end, the three Kapuso stars are feeling nostalgic in saying farewell.

Winwyn began, “Super love kita. Super love kita, Lovi. Super love kita, Ben. Lahat ng cast, sina Kiray, super love ko kasi iba talaga 'yung bond. Even kina Ms. Karen (Lumbo), Sir JC (Rubio), everyone. Iba 'yung naging relationship ko with them. First time ako naging kasali sa isang production na ganun 'yung naramdaman ko. I felt really, really comfortable and I felt like I can be me also, na walang restrictions. So wala, simple. I love you guys and sana maka-work ko kayo.”

Lovi echoed Winwyn's sentiments, saying, “Naka-lockdown kami for two months straight and I wouldn't imagine myself going through that so well and so smoothly if it wasn't for you. Sabi ko talaga, hindi ko ma-imagine 'yung sarili ko talaga kapag hindi itong buong production at buong cast 'yung kasama ko. So thank you talaga. I love you guys. I'm so grateful.”

Benjamin also expressed how he enjoyed the company of his co-actors.

“Actually nami-miss ko sina Winwyn, sina Lovi, the whole cast kasi iba talaga 'yung feeling na 'yun eh, na two months ka magkasama na walang naging problema at never ko naramdaman na nagtatrabaho ka. Sobrang saya doon sa set. Even if we're in the same location the whole time for two months, wala eh, 'yung bond po namin na 'yun I don't know how you're able to duplicate it in another show. Iba. Everytime I see Lovi, when I see Wyn, sina Kuya Mike (“Pekto” Nacua), doon lagi nababalik 'yung pakiramdam ko. 'Yung amoy ng Sitio Lucia, 'yung mga perks doon, basta 'yung place na 'yun, that will forever have a mark in my life and in this career.”

For the 'Owe My Love' fans

Owe My Love was set in a milieu post-pandemic to give its viewers a glimpse of hope and a future filled with joy and optimism during these trying times. Lovi, Benjamin, and Winwyn are grateful for the opportunity to share this positive message with their audience.

Lovi shared, “Sa mga nanonood, we're very happy kasi nga na kahit papaano, napakita namin 'yung happiness sa set at nai-share namin 'yun sa inyo through our show. And hopefully, somehow every night, nakatulong kami dahil alam namin na somehow we're all going through a tough time but you know, through this show, we're glad that somehow we gave you a little bit of joy and a little bit of happiness bago kayo matulog, to start a new day, the next day.”

Winwyn also said, “Super love ko sila kasi naniwala sila sa show, na kahit pandemic, sinubaybayan nila and natuto sila and wala lang, that gave us motivation to work better also in the future. I love you guys.

Meanwhile, Benjamin is also hopeful to receive the same warmth their fans have been extending them since the beginning of the series.

“Sana po 'yung kilig na naramdaman n'yo when we started Valentine's Day, ganun din po 'yung kilig na mararamdaman n'yo, or init, lalo na kasi napakainit na ngayon. Mas lalo pong uminit 'yung pakiramdam n'yo for this finale week kasi marami pa po kaming pasabog, revelation at iyakan, kurot sa puso, at mga closure na kailangang masara, feelings na kailangan aminin, kissing scenes na kailangang ituloy. Basta po, thank you. Maraming salamat. Hopefully, 'pag nagkita po tayo, Doc Migs pa rin ang tawag n'yo sa akin.”
