Aiko Melendez became Elijah Alejo's "second mom" in real life after portraying mother-daughter in 'Prima Donnas.'
As the 'lock-in taping' of Prima Donnas came to an end, Elijah Alejo didn't forget to thank her "second mom," seasoned actress Aiko Melendez.
In Prima Donnas, Aiko and Elijah portray the mother-daughter tandem of Kendra and Brianna.
"I love you tita @aikomelendez," Elijah wrote in her Instagram story.
"Thank you for being my 2nd mother, not as Kendra, but as the mommy Aiko that cares, loves, supports, and gives me advices both in showbiz and personal life.
"Thank you for being there."

After the Prima Donnas media conference in August 2019, Elijah shared their picture when she expressed her happiness and excitement.
She wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, "I am so happy to work with Ms. @aikomelendez. Napapanood ko lang siya before pero ngayon, makakatrabaho ko na siya as my mom."
"Kinilig ako nung nalaman ko kase makakatrabaho ko ang idol ko and ang isa sa mga magagaling na kontrabida dito sa Pilipinas."
