John Clifford will play a young man with doting siblings who meddle with his love life in 'Regal Studio Presents: Three Sisters and a Jowa.'

Newbie actor John Clifford gets his first lead role in the new episode of weekend anthology series Regal Studio Presents.

In "Three Sisters and a Jowa," he will play a young man named Twinkle who has three very doting "sisters."

His sibings Juni (Jem Manicad), Sam (Pepita Curtis), and Rodrick (Gio Emprese) are all members of the LGBT who have raised Twinkle since he was a baby.

The sisters become excited when Twinkle announces that he has invited his classmate George (Jana Taladro) to their home so they can work on a project together.

Juni, Sam, and Rodrick suspect that their youngest sibling might have someone he is interested in.

They are in for a surprise when George turns out to be a girl. For the longest time, the sisters were under the impression that Twinkle is gay like them.

Can the siblings clear up this misunderstanding? Will Twinkle have a chance with George?
