There's no denying that Running Man Philippines is the most-awaited show of 2022, especially after the great response from netizens and fans with the announcement of the seven cast members last night (May 27) on 24 Oras.
Part of this big project are Kapuso drama gem Glaiza De Castro and Lolong star Ruru Madrid.
Also adding color and excitement to Running Man Philippines are StarStruck first princess Lexi Gonzales, Bubble Gang actor Kokoy de Santos, actress-singer Angel Guardian, and comedian-vlogger Buboy Villar.
Completing the multi-talented cast is none other than Kapuso leading man and host Mikael Daez.
Running Man Philippines remained one of the top trending topics on Twitter Philippines the following day, May 28, with people sharing their excitement for this co-production partnership of media giant GMA Network and SBS Korea.
Several celebrities also showed their support to the cast. Rochelle Pangilinan and Rocco Nacino took to Instagram to congratulate Ruru for this amazing project.
Meanwhile, Glaiza De Castro posted a funny photo with a standee of Sang'gre Piera on Instagram, whom she portrayed in the hit telefantasya series Encantadia. She quipped, “YUNG TIBOK NG PUSO KO!! Pwede na namin i-share! So honored and excited to be one of the hosts of @gmarunningmanph!

Mikael was feeling a bit nostalgic as he remembered his showbiz journey with his home network that started over a decade ago. He wrote on Instagram, “Over a decade ago, I started running on this career path with GMA. At the same time, I found a running mate in a cute 💀❤️.
“Through out the years, takbo lang ng takbo para makuha ang goals. After all that, mukhang Running Man PH pala ang ending! 😂 So excited for this!! Also really happy to work with everyone ❤️❤️❤️ #RunningManPH.”
