These days it's almost black-pepper everything - crabs, pork, beef, chicken, and other seafood. Why not have the lingering taste of pepper in your burger?

INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger (please use crispy patties)
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 white onion, sliced into thin strips
1 cup beef stock
1/4 tbsp flour
1/4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
Heat the sizzling plate.
In a separate pan. Add some oil, then cook CDO Ulam Burger. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and onions then season with salt and pepper.
Add in flour and cook for a minute.
Pour in beef stock and simmer until thickened. Turn off the fire then add in butter.
Place CDO Ulam Burger and sautéed peppers on the pre-heated sizzling plate. Then, pour pepper gravy. Serve with rice.
