A dish that is very easy to put together because the ingredients are mostly kitchen staples.
INGREDIENTS:
6 CDO Ulam Burger
1 small carrot, diced
1 white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large potato, diced and par-boiled
½ cup tomatoes, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup tomato sauce
¼ cup green peas
¼ cup raisins
1 bay leaf
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
Pan fry CDO Ulam Burger then slice into halves. Set aside.
Saute onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add carrots and bell pepper. Cook for a minute.
Add CDO Ulam Burger, tomato sauce, and bay leaf. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add potatoes, green peas, and raisins. Season with salt and pepper.
