Preparing a curry dish need not be complicated. Here's the easy way.
INGREDIENTS
:
3 pcs Nutri-Burger Patties
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ inch ginger, cut into small strips
2 tbsps oil
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp curry powder
1 pc potato, quartered
1 pc bell pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
:
Pan fry Ulam Burger Patties until golden brown. Set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in oil.
Pour in coconut milk then simmer.
Season with curry powder and ground pepper.
Simmer for five minutes and add potatoes.
When the potatoes are tender, add in fried CDO Ulam Burger and bell pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice.
