Try this special Filipino meatloaf recipe with a twist. 


INGREDIENTS:


1 can CDO Liver Spread
300g ground pork
1 pc bell pepper, roasted and sliced into strips
1 pc egg boiled and sliced
1 pc egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup pickle relish
¼ cup pineapple Chunks
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup grated cheese
1 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

In a large mixing bowl, combine CDO Liver spread, ground pork, salt, ground black pepper, bread crumbs, sweet pickle relish, pineapple chunks, raisins and cheese.
Mix all the ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
Grease a llanera with oil and arrange the sliced eggs and roasted bell pepper.
Pour in beaten egg. Make sure the whole llanera is covered in egg.
Pour mixture in the llanera, then cover with aluminum foil.
Arrange the container in the steamer and let it steam for 50 minutes. Transfer hardinera to a serving plate. Serve with rice.
