Who doesn't love a steaming bowl of Bulalo? You'll love this dish even better with the infusion of CDO Ulam Burger.
INGREDIENTS:
CDO Ulam Burger all-purpose beef mix 210g, rolled like logs
1pc white onion, diced
2 tbsp oil
2-3 stalks of pechay
½ head of cabbage
1 large potato, diced
Salt to taste
1 tbsp whole black pepper
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 liter beef stock
1 pc yellow corn, cut into 2 inch lengths
PROCEDURE:
Pan fry CDO Ulam Burger logs until golden brown. Then, set aside.
In a pot, pour in beef stock and wait until it simmers. Add corn.
Add in onions, whole black pepper and potato. Simmer until potato is cooked.
Season with fish sauce or salt. Toss in fried ulam burger logs.
Add pechay and cabbage. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice.
