An easy-to-prepare dish for corned beef lovers

Ingredients:

2 cans corned beef
1 cup togue
1 small pc carrots, cut into thin strips
1 pc tokwa, diced
Salt and pepper
1 cup oil for frying

Batter
½ cup cornstartch
½ cup flour
¾ cup water

Procedure:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together CDO Karne Norte, togue, carrots and tokwa.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. On another bowl mix all ingredients for the batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
4. Mix in together the corned beef mixture and the batter.
5. To assemble, place 2 tbsp of the corned beef mixture and batter and place it on a saucer.
6. Slide the mixture on pre-heated oil in a pan.
7. Fry both sides until golden brown.
8. Serve with vinegar and garlic
