Pinasarap na potato salad.
INGREDIENTS:
3 pcs CDO Idol Cheesedog, cut into 1 ½-inch diagonal slices
3 pcs large potatoes, large diced and boiled
1 ½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup pickle relish
1 tbsp red onion, minced
2 pcs calamansi
salt
pepper
1 tbsp Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan and oil then sauté CDO Idol Cheesedog until done. Set aside.
2. In a bowl combine cooked CDO Idol Cheesedog, potatoes, mayonnaise, pickle relish
and onion. Pour in calamansi juice then mix until well combined.
