'The Clash Christmas Special: Pasko Para Sa Lahat' airs on Christmas Day after '24 Oras' and before 'Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation)' finale.
The Clash may have capped off another season, but it doesn't mean that that it's done with providing musical entertainment for all the Kapuso viewers.
As a treat to what we have been through this year, the all-original Filipino singing competition is gearing up for a TV special titled The Clash Christmas Special: Pasko Para Sa Lahat set to air on Christmas Day, December 25, after 24 Oras.
The Clash Christmas Special: Pasko Para Sa Lahat features Clash Masters Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz, Journey Hosts Ken Chan and Rita Daniela, and The Clash judges Aiai Delas Alas, Christian Bautista, and Pops Fernandez.
Alongside Golden Cañedo and Jeremiah Tiangco, and the newly crowned The Clash grand champion Jessica Villarubin, they will perform happy and timeless Christmas songs to keep our spirits up, promote togetherness among loved ones despite the physical distance, and believe that one day we will celebrate Christmas again like we used to.
Judge Lani Misalucha returns on stage after a two-month absence from The Clash. For the first time since she fell ill, Asia's Nightingale will talk about her continuing struggle to get back on her feet and will give her heartfelt rendition of a Christmas classic.
Songs about overcoming challenges and coming out strong will also be performed to set the hopeful mood for this joyous season.
To further lighten and brighten up the mood, judge Aiai Delas Alas will give another K-pop performance that will surely be talked about.
Clash Masters Julie Anne and Rayver, and Journey Hosts Ken and Rita, also two of the most well-loved tandems will do a song production with choreography that will showcase not just their talents but their chemistry as well.
Also, season 1 finalists Anthony Rosaldo and XOXO comprising Lyra, Riel, Mel, and Dani, and season 2 finalist Nef Medina make a comeback on The Clash stage to lend their beautiful voices this festive season.
The one-hour Christmas special aims to pump up thanksgiving, imparting the message that there are still many things to be grateful for despite the pandemic.
