'The Clash' bagged its first recognition for 2022 as the Best TV Program (reality/talent search) given by the 6th GEMS Awards.
GMA all-original musical competition The Clash has once again proved that it is the greatest singing battle in the country as it earned its first feat for the year.
The Clash was recognized as the Best TV Program under the reality/talent search category at the 6th Guild of Educators, Mentors and Students (GEMS) Hiyas ng Sining Awards.
The GEMS Awards is an award-giving-body that recognizes outstanding achievements in the fields of print, stage, radio, television, and film.
The show's main host, Rayver Cruz, on the other hand, was nominated for the Best TV Program Host in a reality/talent search award.
The Clash premiered in 2018 and has since successfully produced four seasons.
Its last edition concluded last December 19, declaring Iligan City's Mariane Osabel as its grand champion.
Prior to Mariane, Golden Cañedo, Jeremiah Tiangco, and Jessica Villarubin were crowned The Clash winners.
