Christian Bautista on upcoming Clashers: I'm really expecting a fighting spirit sa mga Clashers.

With the 5th season of the award-winning musical competition The Clash on its way in 2023, judge Christian Bautista is looking forward to seeing and hearing the upcoming Clashers, especially the “fire burning” inside them.

In an interview with Cata Tibayan in “Chika Minute” segment on 24 Oras, Christian expressed excitement about seeing the new and upcoming Clashers.

“I'm really expecting a fighting spirit sa mga Clashers kasi eto na e,” he said.

He also said that he salutes the Clashers from the two previous seasons that aired during the pandemic as they had to take tests every day for COVID-19.

“So talagang kailangan makita ko talaga yung fire burning sa kanila,” he added.

Aside from Christian, fellow judge Aiai Delas Alas expressed her excitement for the upcoming Clashers, saying that those who were not able to join the competition during the pandemic will be joining in the upcoming season.

“So, bakulawan to the max na 'yan,” the Comedy Queen predicted in an earlier interview.

Christian is currently preparing for his upcoming Thanksgiving Concert titled “The Way You Look at Me” on January 28 next year.

“We're gonna reminisce through music, my music, the past 20 years,” he said.

He also expressed hope that his friends from the industry will be able to join him in the concert so that they “can connect and reconnect as well.”

“It's a thanksgiving concert for the fans,” he added.

Aside from his Manila concert, he also prepared a Valentine's gift to Indonesian fans as he will be serenading them in a concert in February.

“I'm just so happy that they welcomed me and my music dati pa up to now,” he said.

Aside from his concert, Christian also revealed his goals for 2023, which include expanding into business, side hustles, or projects.

“Something na pandemic proof. It can be food, it can be real estate, it can be through the digital scene,” he added.
