Ito ang big revelation ng Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards nang makapanayam ng press nitong Huwebes ng hapon, November 7 matapos siyang i-launch bilang bagong ambassador ng Ronald McDonald House Charities (RHMC) Philippines sa McDonalds NXTGEN store sa Mckinley West sa Taguig City.

Sino kaya sa mga co-star ni Alden ang mamamaalam soon?

Wika niya, “Unfortunately medyo sad news may mamamatay na character, isa sa mga essential characters.

“Isa sa mga characters na nasa billboard sa GMA, may mawawala doon. So kahit kami nagulat kami na na-shoot namin kahapon (November 6) 'yung scene na 'yun medyo heartbreaking siya so abangan nila 'yun," dagdag ni Alden.

Ikagugulat din ang magiging cause of death ng character na ito sa The Gift.

“'Yun 'yung isa sa major twist na mangyayari nitong mga susunod na araw.”

“And 'yung cause of death was by someone who is also essential to the story, so medyo mabigat, medyo pang-gulat po 'yung episode namin.”

Ambassador of RHMC

Malaki naman ang pasasalamat ni Alden Richards sa pagtitiwala ng McDonalds Philippines, matapos mapili siya bilang bagong ambassador ng Ronald McDonald House Charities Philippines (RHMC).

Saad niya, “Sobrang thankful ako for this opportunity that McDonals has given me, kasi I've been with the brand since 2015, but prior to that hindi naman lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat na I've been doing a lot of campaigns with McDonalds before kahit hindi pa ako endorser.

“So, from a guest artist, to a host nung Assistant Managers convention, to my first Happy Meal experience with Ms. Margaux in 2015 to an endorser, to a franchisee and now ambassador na ng RHMC, it's really an honor to be part of this family.”

Inanyayahan din ng Kapuso primetime star ang lahat na sumali at tumulong sa gagawing fun run na Stripes Run: Run for Reading sa Mall of Asia sa darating na December 1.

Ayon kay Alden, ang malilikom na pera sa naturang event ay ibibigay sa mga beneficiaries na tinutulungan ng RHMC.

“Samahan niyo po kami for the McDonald's Stripes Run kasi part of the proceeds will go to RHMC and also doon sa mga bata na nakita natin kanina, sila 'yung magiging beneficiaries [na mula sa Bahay Bulilit Quirino Manila].

“So the McDonald's Stipes Run is eyeing to raise at least PhP 2 million for these kids para sa kanila 'yun. So I'm encouraging everyone [to join].”
