Aminado ang Sparkle star na si Gabbi Garcia na na-starstruck siya nang makita sa unang pagkakataon ang co-stars niya sa drama series na Unbreak My Heart na sina Richard Yap, Jodi Sta. Maria, at Joshua Garcia.

Sa guesting ni Gabbi sa online channel na Kapuso PR Girl, tinanong ang dalaga kung ano ang naging first impressions niya sa kanyang co-stars at ang sagot nito, “I was really starstruck nung magkakasama na kaming lahat 'cause it felt really surreal.”

Kuwento niya, “First impression would be they're all so approachable and for me and Joshua kasi, we know each other way back pa before this project so automatic, we're really comfortable together.”

Patungkol naman kay Jodi at Richard, sinabi ni Gabbi na, “They're so approachable, very, very generous people when it comes sharing knowledge, like their work experiences, so I instantly felt comfortable.”

Inamin ni Gabbi sa naunang interview ng GMANetwork.com na ang role niya sa serye bilang si Alex ang “most mature role up to date” niya.

“Marami akong firsts sa show na 'to, dapat nilang abangan. I really prepared for this role dahil talagang buhusan ng emosyon 'yung show na ito,” sabi nito.

Inilahad din ni Gabbi ang ilang paghahanda na ginawa niya, tulad ng pag-attend sa one-on-one workshops kasama ang acting coach na si Ana Feleo.

“Since it is my first mature and very, very heavy drama role, I really had to prepare for that,” sabi nito.

Gabbi then expressed her hopes that the viewers will be able to relate to the drama's take on “love in all forms.”

“Love when it comes to your partner, love for your mother, love for your family, for your grandmother, for your friends. Hopefully, maka-realate 'yung mga audience natin when it comes to that because we all have that special person in our lives that we all treasure and we love so much na handa tayong ipaglaban 'yung taong 'yun,” sabi ni Gabbi.
