Kapuso versatile actress Lotlot de Leon was elated to find out that Janine Gutierrez's co-stars in Victor Magtanggol were impressed by her acting performance in the hit primetime series starring Alden Richards.

EXCLUSIVE: Eric Quizon on Janine Gutierrez: "Alam mo talagang ang lineage hindi maikakaila"

In an interview by GMANetwork.com with Direk Eric Quizon, he expressed his admiration for the Kapuso actress and said that Janine has a lot of potentials. Eric plays Hector Regalado in Victor Magtanggol, the father of Gwen portrayed by Janine.

Eric said, "She's a lovely person. She's a lovely girl and it's fun to work with her, masaya siya katrabaho, hindi mabigat. Mahusay, mahusay na bata. You could see there is potential, alam mo talagang ang lineage hindi maikakaila."

Meanwhile, Lotlot said in her exclusive chat with GMANetwork.com during the pictorial of Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko that she thinks that her daughter is out to prove that she is a bonafide actress.

“I worked with Eric [Quizon] kasi alam mo naging love team ko rin si Eric before [laughs]. Ngayon, daddy na siya ni Janine [in Victor Magtanggol]. I worked with him for Facifica Falayfay, it was produced by of course Ninong Dolphy.”

“Nakakatuwa siyempre kasi nakikita mo naman that Janine is also working hard. My daughter is out to prove also na she's worthy not just because of the name that she has, but because of what she can offer as an actor.”

“So, tama lang din na maging masipag siya at pagbutihan niya ang mga trabaho niya kasi hindi lang naman ako proud sa kaniya, kung 'di 'yung mga lolo at lola din niya di ba?”
