'Voltes V: Legacy' director Mark Reyes revealed they tapped the show's very own 'Big Bert,' Matt Lozano, to record his own version of the 'Voltes V' closing theme song titled 'Chichi Wo Motomete' which will be used for the live-action adaptation series.

More and more details were announced about the groundbreaking GMA series Voltes V: Legacy.

After Julie Anne San Jose was revealed as the singer of the Voltes V: Legacy opening theme song "Voltes V No Uta," fans are now curious who's going to record the iconic Voltes V closing song "Chichi Wo Motomete" ('Looking For My Father" in English).

"Chichi Wo Motomete" was originally sung by late Japanese singer, Ichiro Mizuki, known for being the "king of anime songs."

During the media conference of Voltes V: Legacy yesterday, April 18, director Mark Reyes revealed they tapped their very own Big Bert, Matt Lozano, to record his own version of Voltes V closing theme song as part of the soundtrack of the upcoming live-action adaptation series.

A recording artist under GMA Music, Matt already released self-penned singles like "Walang Pipigil" and "Kwarto."
