As soon as he gets his vacation permit, he met a pretty and defiant doctor named Maxine Dela Cruz (Jennylyn Mercado). He tried to pursue the doctor but their profession becomes the ultimate factor why their relationship fails to work out.
Few months later, they were both assigned to a mission in Urdan. Will they be able to restore their relationship despite their different belief?
