After providing medical service to the PRG, Dr. Maxine (Jennylyn Mercado) becomes the hostage and asset of Bullet (Neil Ryan Sese) against the military. Due to Doc Beauty's reckless decision, Big Boss (Dingdong Dantes) decided to secretly invade the PRG's location which is against the military protocol.

CPT. Lucas Manalo (Dingdong Dantes), a captain of the Armed Forces of the Philippines' special forces, is always sent off to various missions that last from days to weeks. As soon as he gets his vacation permit, he met a pretty and defiant doctor named Maxine Dela Cruz (Jennylyn Mercado). He tried to pursue the doctor but their profession becomes the ultimate factor why their relationship fails to work out.
Few months later, they were both assigned to a mission in Urdan. Will they be able to restore their relationship despite their different belief?
