CPT. Lucas (Dingdong Dantes) and TSg. Diego (Rocco Nacino) get assigned once again in Urdan to facilitate a rescue operation after a strong earthquake struck the mining place of the province. On the other hand, Dr. Maxine (Jennylyn Mercado) and CPT. Moira (Jasmine Curtis-Smith) joined forces to provide medical assistance to the victims of the calamity.

CPT. Lucas Manalo (Dingdong Dantes), a captain of the Armed Forces of the Philippines' special forces is always sent off to various missions that last from days to weeks. As soon as he gets his vacation permit, he met a pretty and defiant doctor named Maxine Dela Cruz (Jennylyn Mercado). He tried to pursue the doctor but their profession becomes the ultimate factor why their relationship fails to work out.
Few months later, they were both assigned to a mission in Urdan. Will they be able to restore their relationship despite their different belief?
