Impostora 2007 is based from the movie 'Sa Isang Sulok ng Pangarap' starring Alice Dixson as the main character.
The story is about the conjoined twins named Sara and Lara who were later separated through surgery. Little did they know, this change will lead them to greater misery. After Uncle Delfin killed their father Henry out of jealousy, their mother was forced to separate the twins because of their mountainous debts and her inability to take care of her daughters.
Lara was adopted by her cruel Aunt Betty but despite hardships, she became stronger. On the other hand, Sara had a freak accident which deformed her face. Luckily, Sara had a surgical operation in exchange to be someone else. Little did she know that this turn of events will reunite her with her long lost sister.
