'Kambal, Karibal' tells the story of Crisanta (Bianca Umali) and Criselda, the twins who grow fond of each other and are inseparable in all the challenges that come to their lives. Unfortunately, Criselda dies because of a rare disease, but she manages to stay beside Crisanta as a spirit.

Sibling rivalry arises when Diego (Miguel Tanfelix) comes into their lives and their mother's attention is on Crisanta. When hate and anger consume Criselda's emotions, she later finds another person's body to inhabit.
