‘Kambal Sirena’ is a story about the twins, Alona and Perlas, who were born with unusual features. They were separated due to unfortunate circumstances. Alona lived as a princess in the ocean while Perlas grew up working for an ocean park. There, she meets Kevin. As they start to develop feelings for each other, Kevin’s mother, Susana, found out that Perlas is the daughter of Marissa - the person she believes to be her brother's murderer. Meanwhile, Alona also falls in love with Kevin after saving him from drowning. What will happen if the twins find each other again only to discover they're in love with the same man?
